Meet the Photographer
I’m Chelsey, a UK photographer with a soft spot for real moments, natural light, and the kind of portraits that actually feel like you. I’m based in Rochester, England, but my work (and my suitcase) are usually halfway to somewhere with good coffee, warm light and interesting people.
Photography is the place where all the different pieces of my life meet — the gym discipline, the creative eye, the slow-travel soul, and the girl who rebuilt herself after complex trauma. I see people clearly because I’ve had to learn to see myself clearly. And that’s why my work leans into honesty: natural portraits, warm tones, candid energy, and the stories that sit behind someone’s eyes.
I shoot lifestyle, fitness, portraits, travel, and brand content — especially for people who want visuals that actually represent who they are, not some stiff posed version of them. My sessions feel calm, grounded, a little bit fun, and always collaborative. I’m not here to force you into poses; I’m here to bring out your essence and catch the in-between moments you didn’t realise were the gold.
My approach is simple:
Less performance, more presence. Less perfection, more truth.
